Is this a Louis Vuitton bag or a dog? I think the Ladies Should know better than me

This Doggy bag look so realistic, dunno whether is it an official product item from Louis Vuitton or just a promotional item to attract customer but i think the ladies should know better. Kindly comment if you have the sources thank you!
