Rodillas Caramel Cake from Geicks!

Last December, I got a surprise delivery from Geicks, it was a Rodillas Caramel cake. I love caramel cake but a lot of times they are too sweet for my taste. The initial impression I got was this might be one of those overly sweet ones, being covered in caramel and then to top it off, had chocolate shavings, but I kept my taste buds open.
