    bukan suck, you have reached throttle limit, 5GB monthly. If you want unlimited plan, go for per per use.. Throttle limit is to make sure network not busy and fair usage between celcom broadband customer. So, avoid use p2p, download large file etc.. youtube video, watching no more than 50 video a month
